After the 11-S events, politicians suggest to legally redefine the idea of terrorism so that it includes any action which questions the established order. This definition of terrorism in a puzzled shape starts up with the official definition that was active in USA at the time and was enriched with different violent institutional practices applied both by states and companies.

A collective action was performed in the french city of Rennes where the 720 pieces of the puzzle were delivered only to people that accepted their puzzle piece under the condition of bringing it back to the exhibition room, finding its place, and thinking about the proposed definition. If someone accepted the deal but didn’t bring the puzzle piece back, the puzzle will remain uncomplete and therefore unresolved. 496 people brought their pice back.
